Customer Library

The customer library allows you to enter new customers or select existing customers from your database. MSE easily handles multiple contacts and addresses for each company. Sales rep and commission are also found in the customer library. All relevant data is transferred into the quotation forms.

Job Data

The Job Data screen can expand to provide 20 user-designable fields to record estimate information, including part number, description, revision level, etc. Using these fields, you have the needed flexibility to record data pertinent to your company.

With the introduction of a "Class" category in our software, we've raised parametric estimating to the next level.

Any "Class" of products can have up to 10 user-definable attributes, with which searches later can be performed: i.e. for a valve, material type, inlet size and outlet size.

The Search button located on the Job Data Screen enables users to query the estimate library using Boolean search techniques.

Use any of the 52 different search criteria available: Items such as part number, material type, class or class attributes can be used to locate exact matches or similar parts.

Using the Image Button on the Job Data screen, MSE users now have the capability to automatically store along with the estimate CAD and graphic image locations for a wide variety of image types. These images can be used for both on-screen viewing and point-and-click digitizing.
