CAMWorks/SolidWorks Software Bundles

For customers who want to purchase CAMWorks, but do not have SolidWorks, Cimtronics offers CAMWorks/SolidWorks in a choice of three CAMWorkShop bundles. These bundled packages are an opportunity to purchase CAMWorks and a SolidWorks OEM version (CAMWorks Solids) for a fraction of the cost of purchasing CAMWorks modules and a full version of SolidWorks at MSRP.

You simply pick the CAMWorkShop bundle that suits your needs.  To assist you in learning CAMWorks and SolidWorks, each bundle includes a multimedia training CD.  

   CAMWorkShop Part

*The CAMWorks Solids version in these bundles includes all the functionality of the Part and Assembly modules, with the limitation of not being able to create a complete 2D detailed/engineering drawing with a title block due to the absence of the Drawing module. A Drawing file (.SLDDRW) cannot be opened or saved in this version. A version that includes the Drawing module is available for an additional charge.

CAMWorks Utilities includes the following programs:

  • eDrawings is the standard in 3D collaboration that facilitates the sharing of 2D and 3D product design data. eDrawings provides innovative capabilities that eliminate common communication barriers and speed the design review process.

  • CWDifferenceFinder compares solid parts or surface models and identifies face and volume differences between two versions or two configurations of the same part.

  • CWPartFinder is a completely automated geometric 3D shape-based encoding and search library that helps you quickly identify and retrieve previously designed similar products.

  • CWFeatureFinder applies intelligence to static geometric data and makes it ready to use in SolidWorks and CAMWorks.

  • Update Imported Geometry allows CAM data generated on imported solid models to be updated to new revisions of the solid model.

Update Subscription Plan (not included in bundles)

You can purchase a CAMWorks Update Subscription Plan from Cimtronics in order to keep your CAMWorks system up-to-date with new features and performance improvements. The Update Subscription Plan includes reseller phone/online support, software upgrades and service packs.
